Ensuring Your Vision Shines
For the clearest finished keepsakes, please upload your highest-quality original photos or artwork. Screenshots or heavily compressed images may affect the final print clarity. We’re here to help you get the best results for your personalized piece.
When a digital proof is provided, you are responsible for carefully reviewing all details—names, dates, spellings, and photo placement—before approval. Slight variations may occur in handmade items, adding to their unique character and hand-finished details.
Timelines and Care
Processing times vary by product and order volume. An estimated completion time will be provided. Rush service may be available for certain items at an additional fee, though availability is not guaranteed. We prioritize quality for every cherished piece, ensuring proof-first crafting.
Custom items are created specifically for you and generally cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun due to a change of mind. If an error occurs on our part or an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly for a resolution. Your satisfaction with your personalized Meelleair creation is our priority.
Turn your memories, celebrations, and ideas into a uniquely hand-finished keepsake you'll cherish for years.
