PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Meelleair offers products that may include books, personalized gifts, custom creations, décor, drinkware, photo products, keepsakes, and other creative or lifestyle products.

Product availability, designs, colors, materials, dimensions, and prices may change without notice.

Because many of our products are handmade, hand-finished, customized, or personalized, slight variations in color, placement, size, texture, or appearance may occur.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate personalization information, including names, dates, spelling, photographs, wording, colors, sizes, and other requested details.

Please carefully review all information before submitting or approving your order.

Once production of a personalized or custom product has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

DESIGN APPROVAL

For certain custom orders, Meelleair may provide a design proof or preview before production.

When a customer approves a design, the customer confirms that all names, spelling, dates, photographs, wording, colors, placement, and other personalization details are correct.

Meelleair is not responsible for errors that were present in a design approved by the customer.

CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED PHOTOS, DESIGNS, AND CONTENT

When you submit photographs, images, logos, artwork, text, names, messages, or other content to Meelleair, you represent that you own the content or have permission and the legal right to use it.

You grant Meelleair permission to use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to process, design, produce, and fulfill your requested order.

Customers must not submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or content that is unlawful.

Meelleair reserves the right to decline a custom request that we reasonably believe violates applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

Payment must be successfully completed using an accepted payment method before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees may be added at checkout.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Meelleair reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, prohibited customization requests, or other reasonable business or legal reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, any amount due back to the customer will be refunded according to the applicable circumstances and payment method.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Meelleair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or circumstances reasonably outside our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because personalized and custom products are made specifically for individual customers, they may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund except as provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy or as required by applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, please contact us promptly using the contact information below.

We may request photographs of the product and packaging, the order number, and other information reasonably necessary to review the issue.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Meelleair name, branding, website content, original graphics, product designs, photographs, text, and other materials created or owned by MEELLEAIR LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, copy, or commercially use our protected content without prior written permission.

Customer-owned materials submitted for personalization remain subject to the customer's or applicable rights holder's rights.

WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or violate the rights of Meelleair or others.
